Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition that you received it
• With all original tags attached
• In the original packaging (if applicable)

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges! Contact us within 14 days.

How to Return

• Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email
• Step 2: We will provide you with a return shipping address
• Step 3: Ship the item back (return shipping is paid by the customer)
• Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund

Refund Process

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns and refunds cannot be issued in the following situations:

• The order was seized by the supplier before shipment
• The order was held or confiscated by customs during transit

These situations are outside of our control and we are unable to take responsibility for them. We strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's import regulations before placing an order.
