Returns, exchanges & refunds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges! Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange the exchange.
How to Return
- Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email
- Step 2: We will provide you with a return shipping address
- Step 3: Ship the item back (return shipping is paid by the customer)
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund including shipping.
